Eric W. Bjorklund

In the 25 years Eric Bjorklund has served as President of Utah Youth Village, he has become an expert on the nature of child abuse and neglect and the power of skilled parenting. Recognized nationally for his skill in negotiating for children on the state governmental level, he is equally at home talking to church and civic groups about the approaches and skills used at the Village to make life-altering changes in the behaviors of children and parents. His insights will help every parent or grandparent, whether their child(ren) are struggling or achieving. Through Eric's presentation, your guests will learn:

  • Skills every parent or grandparent should know to raise healthy, well-adjusted children.
  • What resources are available for parents of troubled children.
  • Leading approaches and controversies in the troubled children arena.
  • What you and others can do to recognize and help prevent child abuse and neglect.
